Beautiful location, basic but charming and clean room, quiet and quaint. Dinner was good. Super friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed in 9 hotels during our trip, including a Ritz Carlton in Portugal, and this place was our favorite!

It's an old style building with old-style decor (reminds me of when I lived in Spain 40 years ago...). Lots of farm animals around and beautiful scenery. The breakfasts were good if, like us, you are planning to do a massive long walk - big slices of (white) toast and either some homemade fat pancakes or huge slices of homemade cake.
