Not directly on the sea shore but quite close (a short drive to two lovely sections of the coast). Car needed. Basic grocery shopping available in town, larger (super)markets require a drive. Great hiking possibilities, a good restaurant (taverna) nearby, as well as a bakery and winery. A lovely patio shared by 2 such houses. Everythinig clean and in good condition. A lovely balcony on the upper floor.

The upstairs bedroom veranda was particularly charming and perfect for an evening drink while getting ready for dinner. Kathikas is very well connected to surrounding villages, Latchi and Pafos! Everything was clean, kitchen was equipped and the host even left a small bottle of wine for us at the table with the message "enjoy". Kathikas is a lovely small town and if you stay there make sure you try some food at Yannis Tavern. This is a perfect place for a restful holiday.VickoYoung couple

There is no need to move around in the village in a car / taxi. All amenities are walking distance. The village has a number of taverns, two wineries and coffee places for one to visit. In hot wather it should be really nice to hide behind those stone walls or chill in garden under green leaves. Nice to hide away from city crowds.
