The staff was absolutely warm, friendly and welcoming! the location is excellent, right in front of the station, and beside the cable car that takes you to Mürren. Right below is a grocery and a bank (for foreign exchange needs). I will DEFINITELY come stay here again :)

It was quaint but tastefully furnished, and very clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious - not something we’ve experienced in Switzerland generally (bathrooms tend to be on the small side). My sister was very pleased with the bathroom and said she didn’t feel like she had no space to turn for once! The room was really wonderful. And even the communal bathroom on the first floor was spotless, nice-smelling (rose petal scent) and such a pleasure to use. The property seems to be family-run and we were welcomed very warmly. The lady at the front desk (Ruth?) made us feel particularly at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - I will most certainly stay here again if I visit Murren again, and will also recommend it to my friends and family!
