Little Shemogue Inn, inn in Little Shemogue

Offering sea views, this Port Elgin inn set in a historic 1859 farmhouse features an on-site gourmet restaurant. Moncton is 45 minutes’ drive away.

The dining room serves an extensive hot breakfast daily and a 3 or 4-course gourmet dinner by reservation. The menu may include fresh seafood, escargot soup or the innkeeper’s special chicken breast recipe.

Beautiful view and a lovely room. The location is away from the main drag, but was perfect for our purpose. We wanted to explore the New Brunswick coastal route on the first day and travel to PEI on the second day. The location could be a negative for some travellers, but it was a positive for us.
