Exceptionally located hotel within walking distance to main attractions and great cafes and bars. Rooms are clean and tidy with a nice tea and coffee station, mini fridge and complimentary water. We didn't find it too noisy and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Make sure you heed the advice to book a table for dinner as the dining room is very popular!

The breakfast was amazing and yummy. We had pancakes, banana bread, orange juice and coffee. Beds were really comfortable, great layout with desk, wardrobe, countertop with coffee, etc and we had a lovely bathroom. The room was very clean (including the toilet, shower/bath and basin). Dinner was sweet potato chips and beef nachos. Dessert was sweet apple pie and ice cream. All ordered by room service which was prompt and the food was delicious. The staff were really lovely.
