This unit was completely renovated during 2015 to create your perfect beach retreat where you will create memories to last a lifetime! In B528 you will find every comfort amid the beautifully decorated interior. This condo sleeps 4 and has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and backsplash, as well as a newly installed center island, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully ceramic wood-look tiled floors that extend throughout the entire unit. In fact, due to the major renovations that took place to open up the floor plan and create this center island, there is not another one bedroom at Waterscape that has the same open concept layout. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals, and this owner has gone above and beyond to ensure you are provided with every comfort of home. There is unique driftwood glass top dining table with seating for four people, as well as the additional bar stool seating provided at the expansive kitchen island.
