To that end, our staff implements the five keys of customer service (safety, courtesy, inclusion, show, and efficiency) every day to showcase our dedication to excellence. While safety is always our number one priority, our team is ultimately renowned for its exceptional service, inclusive attitude, attention to detail, and streamlined operations.

Our goal is to make each guest feel like the Tides by the Sea is their own secret hideaway, a place where memories are made and dreams come true. To that end, we invite everyone to discover the breathtaking beauty of the area and all the special places that make Seaside a place they'll want to return to time and again. Featuring everything from studios to two-bedroom condos, our idyllic hamlet is at the south end of Seaside's famous Promenade, overlooks Surfer's Cove, and is the perfect place to unplug, recharge, and fuel your soul and imagination. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The heated pool is open seasonally from April to October. Use one of our charcoal grills to make your own dinner. Games, books, and DVDs can be checked out from our lending library in the front office.
