Newly renovated 1925 farmhouse. Very private with easy access to all of Asheville’s best attractions and owners readily available for advice. We are 5 minutes to NC Arboretum, 5 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 minutes to Bent Creek and miles of bike trails, 5 minutes to Asheville Outlets, 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate, and 15 minutes from the Asheville airport. Hiking and Bike trails on property and a short drive to WNC’s best ski resorts. Come to the Mtn’s

This was the main Farmhouse of this 255 acre working farm. The farm is managed for both crops and timber. A additional small house was added in the mid 90’s next door to the farmhouse. We are in a small valley with trails that lead to the top (1 1/2 mile away) where you can see a vast part of the Biltmore Estate including the house ,motels and winery. But, you can reach Asheville’s best in minutes. Come to our little haven and see Western North Carolina There are lots of eating, shop and malls within biking distance. A car gives you lots of different places to see and visit
