We are Heinz and Helen(e) from Europe. After more than 10 years of adventures and lots of experiences, we would call ourselves locals in our new home, Kanab. Surrounded by red rocks it is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the southwest with us. We love the nature around our new home as well as this wonderful town we use as a basecamp for any adventures and we still explore more every day, what we would like to share with our guest. We love to be hosts and like to accommodate people from around the world. Our native language is German, our English is not bad ;) and if necessary Helen(e) is able to talk a bit Italian. We just fell in love with Kanab and the whole Southwest of the USA, so we can tell you about the places to go while you stay with us. We will be on site in the main house and will be happy to help.

All-In-One for Nature Lovers - your private space to relax and enjoy Kanab and surroundings. Get to the Southwest and get the full-southwest-experience in our adobe style Oranch Studio or our Oranch Wilderness units. On request we can be your guides or just give you some advice on hotspots nearby.

We are located in a wonderful neighbor hood. Just perfect to relax and enjoy. Nearby are wonderful hiking trails and we do have severals off-road trails just around the corner. Kanab is perfectly located in between Grand Canyon North Rim (in the south - approx. 45 Minutes), Zion National Park ( in the west - approx. 30-40 Minutes), Glen Canyon Recreation Area including Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend (approx. 45-55 Minutes) as well as Bryce National Park in the north (approx. 1.30hours) and many more spots like The Wave, White Pocket, Peek-A-Boo or Antelope Canyon. Kanab has all necessary shopping in town - like grocery markets, DIY store, fuel stations, Bakery and many more. Kanab also has a town swimming pool and several other amenities. You can just walk or drive to your final destination. It is safe to walk in our neighborhood, but due to the distance we recommend to drive to the town center for shopping. On a special request we are able to organize an off road vehicle for your fun. Or just bring along yours or some bikes and enjoy our wonderful area that way.
