Our mid-century cottage is conveniently located near the historic district of Eustis. The city has a charming downtown that borders Lake Eustis, with a large lakefront park. They host many events including a 1st Friday event each month along with many seasonal events. Mount Dora, a very popular central Florida downtown has great restaurants and unique old charm, located only 7 minutes away. 5 connected lakes are only a few minutes from the house and offer more great vacation fun opportunities.

I enjoy traveling, when I can off the beaten path. History lover so many of my trips revolve around exploring the significance of the area. My other great travel pull is around my love of the water, tropical spots near the water are always high on the agenda. I am also a Navy vet so I have been to many countries during my time, having been on two western deployments. If you need anything from us, we are just a stone's throw away. Just call or message.

The neighborhood is off the main road so it only receives local traffic. It is quiet and safe to walk. Very close to the historic district of Eustis which is always a pleasure to walk. It is close to local restaurants and stores. There is a wonderful Mexican restaurant within a few blocks, close enough to walk. The downtown is barely 5 minutes away by car. The wonderful city of MT Dora is only a 10 minute drive. We also have many antique stores close by with the largest being Renninger's Market which draws 1000's on the weekends. Easy to get to there is ample parking in the driveway, and on street parking if you choose.
