Our 2nd and 3rd floor lake view Laketown Wharf Resort condos are completely renovated within last couple years: new tiles in the kitchen, new tile floor in the living room and bedroom , new furniture everywhere, new mattresses, 2 new TVs, new washer and dryer in the unit, new kitchen appliences, fast 100 mbps internet. This gorgeous condos provide comfortable living for 6 people. Even though not right at the beach, but it takes only a short walk of just about 200 steps to the beautiful beach. Five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on- site market/bistro, on-site dining options. As the largest resort with some of the best values in Panama City Beach and amazing gulf views, Laketown Wharf Resort is a prime location for a fun-filled getaway! You have access to all resort amenities with this rental. Our master bedrooms have a spacious closet and a full bathroom, a king size bed with new comfortable mattress , chest with drawers to store your personal belongings, night stand with drawers as well, TV. Twin Bunk beds area has its own full bathroom, new comfortable mattresses on beds. Beautiful spacious living area has a brand new queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, dinner table with 4 chairs. Kitchen has all new necessary accessories.
We are from Dallas, Texas. We purchased these beautiful condos in January, 2020. We love the resort, it is fun all year around, walk about 200 steps to the beach. We very excited to invite guest to stay. We want all of our guests to have a good time here.
The resort is conveniently situated within minutes of restaurants, marina, shopping, cinemas, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, and sightseeing tours. Walking distance to many fun amusements and attractions, such as Ripley Believe it Or Not, Wonderworks, miniature golf . The Walmart store is just across the street.
