Welcome to our cozy cottage nestled in a peaceful neighborhood close to Lake Erie. Located just about 30 minutes away from Cedar Point and conveniently situated between Cleveland and Sandusky, this cottage serves as the perfect central base for exploring the area. Our charming home offers comfortable accommodations and a serene atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Come stay with us and experience the beauty of Lake Erie! Located just under 2 miles from the shops of downtown Vermilion and just under a mile to a smaller public beach at the end of Minnie Wawa St this cottage keeps you close to everything Vermilion has to offer! Our cottage is approximately 400 square feet with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a small dining table and a kitchen equipped with the basics. The living room features a pullout couch for additional sleeping area. There is a Roku Smart TV with Guest mode enabled in the living room so you can sign in to all of your favorite streaming apps without needing to remember to sign out. Out back you'll find some outdoor seating and a small wood burning fire pit (wood not provided).

My wife and I have been hosting guests in our vacation properties for just about a year now. We try to make our homes feel like your home away from home and are here to assist if you need anything to make your stay perfect! My wife and I live about 30 minutes away and will not bother you during your stay. If you need anything - we are available to help as needed, of course.

Our cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to area highways that will make it easy to get around. You can easily take day trips to Sandusky or Port Clinton and hop on a ferry to visit the islands of Lake Erie or head east to Cleveland for a day in the city visiting the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame or taking in a Cleveland sporting event. We are also only about 30 minutes to Cedar Point, Kalahari and Sports Force Park. We are less than 2 miles to downtown Vermilion full of shopping, dining and a beach. We are also less than a mile to a beach at the end of Minnie Wawa St which is open to the public. Just beside it is Linwood Park which has a large, private sandy beach which you can access for a fee (contact Linwood Park directly to inquire about day passes). Route 6 is just a few houses away from our cottage and will serve as an easy route to get anywhere you'd like to go.
