I am only excepting reservations from those that can communicate well and be respectful. This special place is close to everything! It is in the heart of downtown where all the action happens and is walking distance to all the great spots! Whether you're in town for work or leisure, this centrally located, stylish, and spacious three bedroom condo offers everything you'll need to make for an unforgettable downtown experience. Everything is hand picked and thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. This beautifully designed condo features a spacious open-plan living area with modern furnishings, tasteful decor and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide spectacular views of the vibrate city land scape. Each of the three generously-sized bedrooms offers a tranquil oasis, with plush beds, crips linens, and ample closet space for your belongings. The master bedroom has a private en-suit bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a large double sink bathroom with easily enough space to share. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with state-of-the-art appliances, so you can effortlessly create culinary delights for you and your friends while enjoying the dazzling downtown scenery. Step outside and you'll find yourself just moments away from the city's finest restaurants, cafe, bars, and live entertainment venues. Major attractions and public transportation options are within easy walking distance, making it a breeze to explore all that the fabulous Las Vegas has to offer. Please take care of this space as if it were your own. I consider this a home away from home and would like to keep it just as nice as it is for you, for future guests. Please help me stay a good neighbor by respecting my house rules. No smoking, no parties, and please clean up after yourselves. I have enjoyed meeting and hosting people from all walks of life that have come through Las Vegas either just on vacation, or extended stays that have turned into Vegas residents. I've made many friends along the way and consider it a privilege to help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for new guests. I personally love connecting with people and sharing stories. Everyone that comes into my home, I consider family and treat with consideration and respect. I'm big on communication, and am here to answer any questions or offer guidance to the city I call home. What people love most about my place is that it is walking distance to the World Famous Fremont Street Experience. There is a certain ease that comes with staying in a home where a personal host will greet and connect with guests upon arrival. You'll love that this place feels much more like staying at a friends home (not hotel) with a host who truly makes it a priority that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
