Hello, my name is Slavi and I will be your host. I am retired but remain very active - I like to do yoga, cycle around with my e-bike and take care of my home. I am a big fan of hiking - I have hiked all the surrounding mountains and can give you great tips on where to go. I live off-site but not far away. Hosting is new to me but I like it - I always like to care for people. My friends say that I am very good with technology and "modern" life. I enjoy it a lot. Few times a year I travel to other countries but I always like to return home as I really appreciate our country. I am looking forward to meeting you.
I believe the location of our house is ideal - it offers plenty of starting points to numerous known and less-known landmarks and yet it is still a short drive away from our green capital Ljubljana. When you are here you cannot miss places like Volčji potok (an arboretum), Terme Snovik (thermal spa), Velika planina (one of our greatest natural landmarks) etc. Mountain group Kamniško-Savinjske Alpe starts here. Kamnik city is 5min drive away. Also the magnificent Logar valley is close by. And let's not forget about Tunjice healing resort. And Krvavec ski resort which attracts in the summer too! All in all you will for sure not run out of ideas what to visit. I will be happy to share tips and recommendations.
