House J is located in the most beautiful area of ​​the Algarve coast, São Rafael - Galé The Villa is located in a family condominium where the sun, views of nature and tranquility reigns. On the ground floor we have the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, DOLCE GUSTO coffee and it is facing east. The living room and bedrooms are facing south/west. The living room is large and has a smart TV, WIFI and direct access to the large terrace. The bedroom is en suite and has TV, AC and private bathroom. This room also gives access to the terrace which overlooks the garden, pool and sea. The terrace has sun loungers and a dining table. On the first floor we have 1 bedroom with TV, AC, private bathroom and terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The pool is for adults and a small part for children. It overlooks the sea and is common to the condominium. House J requires a security deposit upon arrival and pets are not allowed. The condo also has some rules, such as: no barbecues, noise outside of hours. The beach is 300 meters away on foot and restaurants in the area are just a few minutes away. São Rafael is very safe, free from traffic and the hustle of the city, parking is easy. It is the ideal place for those looking to relax and enjoy the best of the Algarve, with lots of sun.
