They messed up our reservation (not sure if that was booking’s issue or theirs), so they only had one twin room available instead of the two we booked. They put two of us in an apartment instead, which was much more spacious and ended up being extremely useful because we all got SEVERELY sick with food poisoning the night we arrived in Cusco, and the apartment became the gathering spot for the 4 of us. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
