When you enter the hotel, you can feel a comfortable atmosphere. The decorations are really cozy and distinctly Peruvian. The staff members are kindness personified. I had a bout of altitude sickness, and they took care of me with a warm heart, showing genuine concern for my condition. The breakfast was also excellent! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, when we went to Machu Picchu, we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel. If I ever visit Cusco again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will always remember the warm-hearted staff. Thank you so much.

The personnel is excellent, we got an upgrade for free, rooms are clean and beds very confortable. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices

I went with 6 friends and we all loved being there together. There is a nice common room to hang out in which made it feel like college. The staff was phenomenal, very accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we always were well-fed. The beds were great. The location cannot be beat. Would completely recommend this place!!

Hernan was very helpful and without a hard sell offered to handle my travels to Machu Pichu. I am glad I let him as everything was perfect and somehow less expensive than had I booked the train and taxis on my own. Real eggs and toast for breakfast.
