The sweetest cottage in Wanaka has now joined our portfolio. Magnificent lake views and totally newly furnished this beautiful 4 bedroom property has been presented to its best You will be instantly in love with the beautiful gardens on arrival and the sweet exterior of this wonderful house. Entering downstairs, you will find a queen and split king bedrooms, a shared family bathroom and full laundry. The charming lounge and dining areas boast gorgeous lake, mountain and garden views. The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a fabulous stay in Wanaka. Upstairs you will find the Queen Master bedroom with huge closet and ensuite, but again its the unimpeded lake views which will delight, from either the bedroom, or quaint balcony. Just separate from the house is the large garage and 4th bedroom. Another queen room with its own ensuite bathroom, this lovely space offers seclusion for reading a good book or enjoying some peace and quiet. Brand new outdoor furniture and a BBQ, is located in the courtyard garden, and is a wonderful space to enjoy the long summer evenings and accompanying birdsong.
