The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. There was a shuttle service to and from the station which was free and greatly appreciated. One must understand that this is an older property but it’s very clean. Our room had a view of Mt Fuji and it was amazing.

The staff are very friendly and eager to help, they offered to pick me up from the train station, let me leave my luggage at the hotel for the day after I checked out, and they drove me back to the train station afterwards (all for free). The staff also helped me figure out how to get places with buses and trains, and where to hike. The room was incredible value, I stayed in a private bathroom double room as a solo traveler for two nights. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the water is potable, the shower is warm. There is a microwave and hot water kettle in the room and a refrigerator in the lobby for your food. The common areas are clean and cozy, the decorations are very nice. The location is amazing, there was a view of Mount Fuji out of my room window, it is 100 metres away from the Lawson Convenience store where there is a bus stop, and only 1.5 km walkable from the Kawaguchiko train station.

Extraordinary friendly, English-speaking staff. Picked us up at the station when we arrived although our bus was quite late and drove us there again when we left. Everything was clean, the direct view on Mt. Fuji was stunning. I'm not a musician, but seeing all the messages from bands that stayed there was cool to see and I feel like it's a great stay for bands.

Really lovely place with very professional studios on the 1st floor and super nice staff including a cute cat called “Oleo”! The room is big and nice with a perfect view of the Fuji Mountain! The lounge also has a nice view of the Fuji Mountain and offer free coffee and snacks to enjoy! Recommended!

Wonderful Staff, a really delicious breakfast with a fantastic view of Mount Fuji , and a spacious Japanese style room, great value and one quick 5 minutes bus ride from the station. Also be sure to say hi to Olea the cat at the lobby such a cute little kitty. 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Fujikawaguchiko and looking for the best value for money you can get. Absolutely lovely hotel with exceptionally welcoming staff, amazing view to Fuji, cheap but decent breakfast even in terms of higher level hotels. Proximity to the train station is okay, just 15 min nice walk. Value for money is stunning. I'm happy with this finding.
