A dream home in a corner of Paradise. Villa delle Fiabe, overlooking one of the most evocative views of Lake Como, is at the same time a place of class, charm and romance. Built entirely of splendid stone blocks worked by hand in the early 1900s, the Villa was carefully renovated in 2015. The precious restoration work has enhanced its personality, making it sober but, at the same time, elegant. The local stone walls of the house coexist with modern coverings and furnishings with a cosmopolitan feel. The project bears the signature of the innovative Italian design brand, Lago, which together with the owner's taste, has been able to create welcoming, functional and harmonious environments. Systems, furnishings and finishes combine aesthetics and functionality thanks to new materials and the latest technologies. The high-tech interiors divide the space into two areas: a bright living room characterized by clean lines, sober colors and emotional elements such as the original stone fireplace and the sleeping area, a mix-match of colors that gives dynamism and grit to the environments. The true soul of Villa delle Fiabe is its vocation for hospitality, well-being, conviviality and the pleasure of letting its guests find themselves in a place that has the scent of their own home. The Villa has a living area, a large space where the large kitchen, the dining room that accommodates up to 12 people and the living area coexist. A functional area divides it from the sleeping area which has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms. All welcoming and relaxing environments that ensure well-being and quality rest. Designed as linear and balanced spaces, they light up thanks to the bright and colorful tones of the walls.
