Cozy structure immersed in a lemon garden for an unforgettable holiday between sea and nature. Reached via 2km of private road, including 1km paved and 1km dirt road to be driven at 20 km/h in about three minutes. Ideal for those who love to be in contact with the green, to isolate yourself from the chaotic noise of the city and breathe clean air. The place is fresh and immersed in the calm of the countryside where the evening, in silence, you can hear the sea. Also, you can enjoy typical products grown in the ground surrounding the building as eggplant, tomatoes, onions, figs, lemons, loquats. Some house rules: 1) Observe the quiet times in the night; 2) Leave the house to the condition it will be delivered; 3) Be sure to close the gate of the car park; 4) Please do not smoke inside the apartment. 5) Respect the environment and to avoid unnecessary waste is no restriction on the consumption of electricity, putting at your disposal 2 kwh per day; exceeded the threshold of the cost will be 0.60 cents per kwh. The counter is visible at all times by the client. 6) A damage deposit is required. 7) Look at the label that will be given at your arrival.

Fiumefreddo di Sicilia is well connected by highway (A18) for those who want to get around by car; for those who prefer to travel by public transport is present in both the rail station and the bus lines that connect the country to all major tourist destinations that you wish to visit. Fiumefreddo di Sicilia is a great base for visiting the main cities ionic and archaeological sites: 10 minutes Taormina, Catania and Etna 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours Syracuse Agrigento and the Scala dei Turchi. The Villa has a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe that you can visit with its boundless nature trails. The place is quiet, peaceful, airy and l 'environment is cool and free of traffic, 2 km from Marina di Cottone, one of the traits of the cleanest sea of ​​Italy, winner of the Blue Flag.
