All rooms have a private bathroom - we provide towels, toilet paper, a shower gel/shampoo kit in case you forgot your favourite products, a hair dryer and some dark face cloths for the gentle ladies to remove their make-up before bedtime - thanks for not making me bleach my linen. There's a minibar (just water, no vodka, sorry), a smart tv for you to carry on watching that Netflix series you felt in love with the night before your trip, wifi (max speed around 53Mbps, unless it rains and we fall back to medieval times), air conditioning. There are power sockets near the beds, so you can charge your phone next to you and quickly reply your boss if you forgot something important the day you left the office. Outside there's a bloody nice garden - you better like roses 'cause they're everywhere. You can sit there and enjoy a tea in the morning (I provide a complimentary selection of different teas) or your favourite alcoholic drink at night. You can still have a beer in the morning - I'm not gonna stop you - but is that really your dream life? Lastly, there's a parking space in the courtyard just for you, and the only rule you must follow is: don't park in front of my mum's garage!!

Hi there, I'm Mattia and I'm the proud owner of The White Building, my home, but also yours, for the time you'll be spending here at lake Garda. In the past I've worked at five star hotels in London and, a few years later, when I moved back to Italy, I found myself renovating this property and thought to myself: why not creating my "tiny hotel"? I won't promise you my rooms will be anywhere near those of a super-pricey luxury hotel in Knightsbridge, but you can stay assured I'll be giving you the same care and attention I used to give our special guests when I was at the concierge department. This is a boring place. Nothing happens here, there's no bars, no shops, just one restaurant and a small grocery store...this is the place you want to come back to at night after you've been all day at crowded places and driven on the busy roads around the lake stuck behind a campervan for 15km. We're in the countryside, which means there are nasty mosquitos in the evening...luckily all windows have mosquito nets, or you can just close the window and turn on the a/c.
