Large 90 sqm attic apartment on the second floor, bright and with exposed beams: the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (one double with balcony and one with 2 separated beds), and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is relevance of the master bedroom, also equipped with a sunken bathtub. In the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and dining area, as well as a large living room with an additional dining table, two sofas and a TV corner; the two balconies complete the living offer, one of which is equipped for outdoor dining. In the outdoor patio, located on the first floor, there is a small garden available with deck chairs and a sunbathing area. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. Every Monday morning a typical market takes place on the main road from 7 am to 2 pm; since the road is closed, if you need to go somewhere by car we recommend to move your car from the private parking and park it nearby, where you will find many free parking possibilities. Alternatively, the car can remain parked without problems in the reserved space. Special season 2024: from March to October (depending on the weather) access at a special price to the panoramic lake view swimming pool of the Villa Pioppi hotel, 1.4 km from our apartments; the daily entrance fee, to be paid directly at Villa Pioppi, includes the use of the swimming pool (unheated), sunbed and umbrella. The special price is reserved only for the Guests of our Apartments.

Hi, I'm Tobia and I manage the "La Piazzetta Apartments" together with my wife Valentina; we are parents of a 5 year old boy and we work together in the family architecture studio. My passions are graphics (rendering), photography and drone flights; the paintings you will find hanging in the apartments are my landscape photographs. My wife Valentina, on the other hand, is a passionate aerialist, you can find her hanging on aerial fabrics a couple of times a week ;)

La Piazzetta Apartments are located in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione, just 3 km from the historic center; in a strategic position a stone's throw from bus stops, ice cream parlors and restaurants. The building houses an attic apartment on the second floor and two apartments on the first floor, all with independent entrance and private garden available. On the ground floor there is a high-level bakery (from December 2023 the bar located under the Apartments is permanently closed). Since February 2024, however, in the adjacent building, the guys from the bakery have opened a restaurant that serves excellent breakfasts with the bakery's products, gourmet light lunches and à la carte dinners with typical local products.
