The apartment on the first floor is sunny and bright from both sides. There is also a small French balcony with exit in the living room. We tried to practically minimize the furnishing of the apartment so that it can be used functionally, but at the same time we maintain the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was enlarged during the renovation, so there was room for the condensing boiler and the washing machine. We created a small wardrobe for the bedroom. We hope that you will like our apartment too. We put a lot of love into it. We have a rented free parking place for our guest front of the building.

We bought the property in Zászlós Street for our eldest daughter, who currently lives abroad. This is one of our favorite apartments. We really like that it is a few minutes' walk from the metro, but at the same time in a quiet, calm street and house.
