The apartment is NEWLY RENOVATED. Everything is brand new in it. During the renovation, we paid attention to quality materials, practical layout and stylish furnishings. Upon entering, we reach an exceptionally BRIGHT kitchen-dining room, from which there is a partial VIEW of the Buda Castle, the Houses of Parliament and the beautiful, green garden. The living room is also extremely bright, facing southwest. A 50" high-quality TV provides evening entertainment. The bedroom has a 200x160cm double bed. The hardness of the bed frame can be adjusted on each side, so guests can enjoy the comfort that they get used to at home. On either side of the bed are nightstands with accessible power outlets and USB-C outputs. A huge wardrobe with sliding doors provides space for clothes. The bathroom has a quality shower, toilet, sink and electric towel rail.
I am a computer scientist with an academic background in data mining. Focusing on time series databases. We live in another apartment of the condominium, so if any questions or problems arise, we can respond immediately.
This newly renovated, super-bright apartment is located in a quiet loop street at the top of Gellért Hill - the most exclusive area of Budapest. Sit out in the garden, sip your coffee, lean back and relax in this calm, stylish place. Enjoy the stunning view of the Buda Castle while you prepare the toast in the kitchen. Gellért Hill is EXCLUSIVE yet CLOSE to the city. It is perhaps the SAFEST part of Budapest.
