The house is located approx. 800 meters from the M71 road. It is surrounded by a landscaped garden of 1050 m2, with fruit trees, vines and colorful flowering bushes. With an automatically opening driveway, there is parking for 3 cars. There is a large cellar under the house with a separate billiard room. In the garden, there is also a pleasant, double-benched pavilion in the shade of the twice-fruitful fig tree. There is a stone barbecue in the middle of the garden. Diagonally across from the house is perhaps the best gourmet restaurant in all of North Balaton, the famous Neked Főztem gastro kitchen, whose famous owner and head chef is the young Csongor Horváth, who worked for years as the head chef of Gellérthegy Búsuló Szakács. restaurant. The upper part of the house is for rent, which contains 2 separate, lockable apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen or kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, an extra bed is also possible. From the balconies, there is a wonderful panoramic view of the hills of the Káli basin.
I am a 77 years "young" retired coputer programmer, but now I live as an autodidacta painter. My house is like an atelié and as an exhibition hall. Full of paintings, sculptures, crystals and all kinds of decorative items. As I am a "collector" I am a glad and humoristic guy who like look at the TV, mostly series, football and all kind of other sports.
My house is located in Zánká, the capital of the Kali basin, at the highest point of the city, approx. 850 meters from Lake Balaton. Opposite the house, about 50 m away, there is a very good gourmet restaurant headed by the famous chef and owner Horváth Csongor. An absolute first-class restaurant that has already won the title of "Balaton's best restaurant" four times. In addition, he received an appreciation plaque from The Michelin Guide. From one side of the house there is a panoramic view of the hills of the Kali basin, and from the other side the restaurant and the church behind it. There is a small grocery store opposite the church, a few hundred meters away, a cafe, a larger grocery store, a doctor's office and a pharmacy on the main street. Another 150 m away, there is a large hardware store with all kinds of household goods. About 200 m from there, in front of the beach, on the main road, there is the largest grocery store, hair salon, hotel and restaurants.
