Two beautiful new De-Luxe villas and one attractive one-bedroom Villa/apartment in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in Kalamitsi Amygdali, just 5 minutes drive from the village of Georgioupolis in the region of Chania., Crete. Driving time from the international airport of Chania is 30 minutes.The villas are very well equipped and has each 4 bedrooms and is perfect for families of up to 6 people. The one-bedroom Villa/apartment is perfect for 2 people, with the possibility for an extra person on the sofa bed. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a nice outside area with garden, sunbeds and barbeques. Children can also play on the lovely lawn. The place is just fantastic for families and adults that want a quiet and relaxing holiday in a genuine Cretan village. There is a lovely view to the valley and the Cretan mountains from the outside terraces. The lovely 10 km long beach of Georgioupolis is just 5 minutes drive away.

Dimitris is living next door to Splendid Villas & Family Resort and is born in the village. He is running the famous Splendis Bar in Georgioupolis and is widely known for his hospitality.

Kalamitsi Amygdali is a quiet and genuine Cretan village with about 100 residents. There is a small and friendly taverna in the village and another taverna in the neighbour village of Kalamitsi Alexandrou. There is a lovely beach in Georgioupolis, just 5 minutes drive away. Georgioupolis has also a rich variety of restaurants, tavernas, bars, shops, etc. There is also a nice beach in the village of Almeryda, about 15 minutes drive away. There are also many small villages with tavernas and friendly peope in the surroundings. The area is also perfect for walks and other activities, as cycling, running, etc.
