Ground floor no stairs modern house in a two-storey building with a security alarm system, 200m. (4΄ walk) from the sea into a lawn garden with roses, lemon and orange trees. It overlooks the front to the sea and the adjacent green hills and the mountain behind. It has its own entrance and is completely independent, with railings around and parking space with entrance/exit to it with electronic key and door. It has A/C, central heating, hot water. It is ideal for couples, families with children, but also for all ages since they can all spend beautiful holidays organizing barbeques and using the outdoors in the garden. The hosts are available 24/7 and provide clean towels and linen every 4 days. Free of charge: barbeque, fitness machine, hairdryer, 2 baby cots, children's chair, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, water filter, espresso and filtered coffee makers, 2 toasters, water kettle, chairs for the beach. The house is available for 6 adults and 2 infants up to 3 years old on baby cots for free.

For the last few years, I've been living in beautiful Paralia Platanou where I enjoy the luxury of nature, the birds's songs and the sea. I like photographing, swimming and sunbathing, going for walks or with friends on my boat for deep-sea swimming and fishing, writing poems and cooking. I like hosting as I like to communicate and exchange ideas with people and make new friends, and give to families with kids the chance to enjoy a memorable vacation in a clean, with no cleaning costs house and share the benefits of nature. Trying to minimize our environmental impact, we do not waste water and electricity and avoid single-use plastic bottles. We recycle, drink fresh filtered tap water and buy goods from local producers. I offer my guests free of charge in the cabinets Coffee/tea varieties, chocolate, sugar, virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and also soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body milk, and house cleaning supplies. In the whole building there is no gas usage.
The house is located in a quiet part of the village around other small residences. Access to the beach is via a secure pedestrian crossing suitable for walks on foot or bicycle. There are taverns in the village and 6 km away In Diakopto or Akrata there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes. The house is about 300 m. from the modern, newly built train station that connects E. Venizelos International Airport with the village up to Patras. The area is ideal also for excursions to nearby destinations with idyllic landscapes and historical references like Krathis River, the small train "Odontotos" in Diakopto that crosses the Vouraikos River gorge up to Kalavryta with its ski center, the scenic routes to Lake Tsivlou, Stygas Water, the Cave of the Lakes, the Holy Monasteries of the Big Cave and Agia Lavra, Planetarium with the fountains of the Aroan River where trouts and salmons are raised, Patras port connecting the Ionian islands and the modern Rio bridge that joins Nafpaktos, the island of Trizonia located in the Corinthian Gulf, Delphi, the ancient theater of Epidaurus, Nafplion with its castles, Loutraki springs, Athens.
