Company info

We hope to offer a warm welcome to all guests. We as a family have owned the guests house for just over 12years and made the decision to take things a bit easier by only operating as a self catering accommodation , gone of the days of wanting late nights,early mornings running a bar and restaurant too. However we hope that we still keep customers happy by providing all they may require on site .

Property info

An old coaching in dating back pre 1800. Expect wonky floors and walls, some rooms have exposed original beams ,some rooms have low doors. we no longer operate as a public house or restaurant. this is self catering accommodation with full use of lounge area and kitchen facilities , which is shared by guests.

Neighborhood info

A quiet traditional market town that is very lucky to have a great community and all supporting each other in every way we can. Central to getting to King's Lynn, Dereham ,Norwich and about 45 minutes to the coast. Many bars and restaurants within our small town and still Lucky enough to have small independent shops as well as supermarkets.
