The entire apartment is set separately from other flats having its entrance to the first floor, a large living room with a dining area leading to the generous balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. You can relax in front of a large TV set opposite a comfy sofa or enjoy seating in the evening time watching the sunset from the balcony. The bedroom has a high rate good night-guaranteed mattress, and a walk-in dressing room with a window overlooking the quiet garden. The bathroom has a set of 5 different tap and shower heads to satisfy most demands. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal - electric hob, large oven, microwave, saucepans, frying pans, and all other utensils. Allocated parking could fit one large or two small cars.
