We have been providing accommodation for more than 20 years to very satisfied tenants. Recently we have decided to provide accommodation on a short-stay basis as this is something that is required by visitors to Swansea. We aim to ensure that the apartments are setup with everything need for a working stay or holiday/vacation. We provide a meet and Greet service to make guests feel welcome and to ensure that the apartment is immediately familiar.

This is a wonderful Home from Home. Stylish and cosy, great location, being close to the centre of Swansea, the Marina and beach. The apartment is on the 12th floor giving amazing views from the lounge. Don't worry though there are 2 lifts/elevators! If you're staying on a budget, the kitchen is fully equiped with everything required for home cooking. If you're on holiday and have no intention of cooking, there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways in Swansea. There is a restaurant opposite the entrance and one on the top floor of the tower with amazing panoramic views! The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, with full length glass-door wardrobe and chest of drawers. The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas (including a double sofa-bed), flat-screen TV with Sky, Freeview and Netflix, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing-machine and is well stocked with cooking essentials. The Bathroom has a bath with shower over-the-bath. The apartment is convenient for the Swansea waterfront (Technium, Ethos), City Centre, Grand Theatre, University campuses, Swansea College of Art, Glynn Vivian Art...

The apartment is nicely situated between the Marina (outside the tower) and the beach (one minute away). In the marina there are plenty of restaurants and bars. On the top-floor of the tower there is the Grape & Olive restaurant with panoramic views! It is around a 10-minute walk into the City Centre where you will find plenty of the shops and more restaurants and bars and of course Swansea market.
