We offer this charming villa with sea view for rent in Porticcio, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a main house (130 m²) with 3 bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, a fitted kitchen and two shower rooms, and a flat (50 m²) with 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. You will also enjoy the private swimming pool and garden. The villa is equipped with a modular clock regulating the use of air conditioning in the bedrooms, which operates between 11pm and 8am. The living rooms are not air-conditioned Main house : - A large living room with fireplace, TV and wifi box, overlooking the pool on one side and the patio on the other. - An open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, deep fryer, food processor, fridge, American freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and wine glass set. It opens onto a small lounge with a 90x200 sofa and access to the outdoor BBQ. - Bedroom 1& 2 : A double bed overlooking the pool. - Bedroom 3: Two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. - Shower room with WC. - A bathroom with shower and WC. The flat: - A living room with TV, overlooking the patio and a 90x200 bench (one bed). - Open-plan kitchen with microwave, induction hob, kettle, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. - Bedroom 4: One double bed - Bedroom 5: Two single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed. - Shower room with WC. Transport : - You can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 vehicles). - Nearest airport: Ajaccio - Napoléon-Bonaparte is a 10-minute drive from the villa. Other remarks: - A studio, located on the grounds but away from the villa, will not be accessible. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fiber optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The 50 m² apartment does not have air conditioning. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the apartment for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
