Small, but serviceable, apartment located near Montmartre in a safe (but not touristy) area. Within walking distance of the metro, market, bakery, pharmacy, Montmartre area, etc. Although we never met the host, he was accessible by text and he gave concise instructions and photos as how to enter the building. The apartment was very clean.

Lovely comfortable little apartment set away from the street so was very quiet and peaceful. Access was easy with clear instructions from the host. We stayed four nights. We enjoyed the area, which was non touristy, with several restaurants, a supermarket, grocery shops and many other shops nearby. More than one metro station within a 5-10 walk. Montmartre and central Paris are both within walking distance. We had everything we needed.

The apartment is in the perfect location, a short walk from Jules Joffrin/ Porte de Clignancourt metro stations and close to bars and restaurants. It is not right in the crowded part of Montmartre but it's close enough to walk there, giving you the choice of how to spend your evening. If you struggle with steep slopes/ steps you may find it hard as the apartment is the opposite side of the hill to the funicular (just take metro from JJ to Abesses instead). Plenty of bakeries, grocery shops etc close by but the apartment is at the back of the building so was very quiet at night. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was also within 15 minutes walking distance of the flea markets at St Ouen des Puces and we loved them! Such an interesting part of Paris to visit. The communication with the owner was excellent with very clear instructions of how to get into the apartment.

We were completely happy with the apartment. Everything like it was described on booking.com. The host has supplied detailed information how to enter the building and the appartement. The location was perfect for us: neighborhood is vivide (small restaurants, stores for food, bakeries, fish, …) all in 2 minutes walking distance, typically French and secure. The apartment is in a very nice building in the backyard. You pass 2 small courts with flowers, very calm. The apartment itself is completely equipped and with very charming furniture. The bed is very good. Good connection to metro or bus. And 20 minutes walk up to cathedral Sacre Coeur passing some of the most typical corners of Paris. – We can 100% recommend.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, superbequemes Bett, Appartement größer als erwartet, tolle Dusche, Kaffeeautomat mit Nespresso Kapseln, 2 Metro-Linien fußläufig zu erreichen, unkomplizierter elektronischer Check in und E-Mail-Kontakt mit dem supernetten Vermieter, der uns an Silvester nicht nur eine Flasche Wasser, sondern auch Champagner in den Kühlschrank gestellt hat

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof in einem sicheren nicht so touristischen Gebiet. Metrostation, Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars alle fußläufig in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und romantisch eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt (Nespressomaschine mit Nespressokapseln), das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir würden beim nächsten Parisaufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Het is mooi gelegen, het was erg warm die dagen, maar het appartementencomplex ligt zo mooi dat het aangenaam binnen was. Je moet een paar binnentuintjes door heel mooi. En je kijkt op een tuintje. Ook heel rustig, terwijl je middenin de drukte zit. We hebben genoten.

Sehr schönes Apartment, 2 Metrostation in der Nähe, gute Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt, fußläufig zu Sacre Coeure und Montmartre. Restaurant, Bäcker und andere Geschäfte in direkter Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, es war ein früherer Check-in möglich. Nochmal vielen Dank. Check-in per Schluesselbox problemlos. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen wir kommen gerne wieder.
