Ideally located, you can discover the charming port of La Teste 2km away, oyster tasting, cycling trails along the salt marshes towards Arcachon, about 6km away, the Ville d'Hiver district, its park, its belvedere with a view of the Basin, leading to sumptuous 19th century villas. At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste next to your home, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla, 9km away, by taking the expressway by the back! If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
