Maison 82 is a beautifully renovated historic town house in an excellent location of Central Limoux. The house enjoys being close to the local amenities of shops, cafes, restaurants and the daily life of a small french town. Including weekly markets every Friday throughout the year. The boulangerie is on the same street, open daily for fresh croissants and bread or a coffee, just a 2 minutes walk away. A great start to the day. The property consists of a fully equipped kitchen diner, to include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, full size oven and more. The lounge has a comfy sofa, chairs and a 40 inch flat screen tv, dvd player and family movies. 2 french doors open onto juliet balconies letting the light and sunshine in. Open the bookcase secret door to reveal a hidden bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. On the next floor the beautiful double bedroom also has juliet balconies and french doors with curtains and shutters. The en-suite has a shower, sink and toilet. The twin bedroom is off the top of the stairs and is newly decorated, giving a light and airy feel, it does have a sloping ceiling at the far side. Cot & highchair available on request

The restaurants, Cafes and Bars in Limoux provide a taste of the French foods on offer, whilst also giving a great place in the Sunshine to relax and watch the world go bye. Limoux has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Cinema and Museums. Art Classes and Yoga Classes. Carcassonne Lake with beach is a 30 minute drive. The Larger Beaches and Seaside is 1 hr 20 minute drive. Carcassonne famous "La Citie" the walled City is a 30 minute drive or short train ride from Limoux. The Famous Alet-les-Bains Medieval City is a 12 minute drive and a historic place to also visit, known for its Historic Abbey and Thermal baths.
