Great spacious place, with 2 bedrooms on separate floors, a bathroom and an extra shower in one of the bedrooms, many facilities (well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, ..). There's not really a living room, but a great spacious dining room. Metro closeby. Several restaurants at walking distance. Quiet. You can safely close the whole apartment off. Would highly recommend it.

I spent 5 days in Paris cause I and my husband run the marathon. We traveled to Paris with our kids and my twin sister. The apartment was even better than I initially imagined looking at the pictures and reading the other guests' opinions, beautiful, bright and clean. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, close to two very convenient metro stations to reach the city center and everything there is to visit in Paris and also close to shops and restaurants of all kinds. Apartment perfectly equipped with all comforts. Very comfortable beds too. Sandrine, then, is indeed a very lovely person, very helpful and always ready to help out.

Everything was wonderful! The place was clean and tidy. We had plenty of amenities provided. David is an amazing host! Replies within minutes and has a very kind approach. The apartment is close to a few metro stations and it's easy to go anywhere in Paris from that point. In the area there are a high number of grocery stores and restaurants.

The property was as described. Picking up the keys was straightforward, although opening the shutter on the front door was a little tricky (turning the key to open the shutter required a lot of jiggling to get it just right). The kitchen was well equipped with all implements you would need for a stay. There was a second fridge downstairs as well with the washing machine, which was a bonus. Both beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms and toilet were clean and bright, and did a good job. Bakers, supermarket, restaurants and bars in just a few steps from the apartment, which was good. Metro stop was also close by, giving good access to the rest of the city.

Un apartamento muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables. La cocina es nueva y está muy bien equipada. El apartamento está equipado para viajar con bebés o niños pequeños (tiene sillita para el comedor, una cuna, juegos y es “baby-proof” con una reja para evitar que los pequeños caigan por la escalera). La ubicación es ideal con supermercados y restaurantes cerca, así como varias estaciones de metro y bus. La comunicación con los dueños fue excelente, respondieron nuestras preguntas y peticiones rápidamente.

Le foto sono accurate, ma nella realtà l'appartamento è ancora più bello! Veramente un soggiorno bellissimo :-)
