Villa located on the heights of the Cagnes hills. Clear view of the old village. Sea view. The terrace is very pleasant and allows you to take all meals in a splendid environment. The large swimming pool is available in the garden next to a furnished terrace. Air conditioning is present in the living room and in the four bedrooms. The sea is accessible 3 km from the villa. It is possible to visit Renoir's home and explore the surrounding villages, St Paul de Vence, Tourette. The beautiful city of Antibes is less than 10 km away. 3 electrically assisted bicycles are available.
Our villa is ideal for a peaceful stay. Located a few kilometers from Nice, Antibes and Cannes, it is possible to diversify the activities.
A Casino store (food) less than 500 meters away. Polygon Riviera 1 km away. Museums within a 20 km radius: Picasso in Antibes, Chagall in Nice, Renoir's house in Cagnes sur mer. The Marineland in Biot, 10 km as well as the biot glassworks. Perfumes in Grasse, about 30 km away.
