Very french style and stylish in any way. Warm and welcoming. The breakfast was a english-french one - croissant, pain-au-chocolat, baguette, juice, cheese, butter, jam and marmelade. Everything was really delicious, especially the parts from the bakery! Adorable! Tea and coffee we could make by ourselves. The little kitchen was really useful. A very quiet place in a big city and very near to M11 (Metro line) what brought us to the city center within 20 minutes.

It was my last day in Paris and I wanted to make it perfect. It was a secret deal from Booking.com. This cozy house stayed close to the new (I think it’s new) metro station. Perfect instruction how to find the place were provided. When I saw the internal garden I was impressed. So quiet! The room (although it’s not a room, it’s a full-fledged studio). You can find literally everything there! The washing machine, the coffee machine, the microwave, the electric kettle and electric stove. But the best part it’s your personal living room. The bedroom and the living room are separated. I was so happy that I stayed there! I arrived earlier and the host allowed me to check in earlier without additional payments. And at the agreed time the breakfast waited me. I was in a shower (amazing shower, btw) and he left the breakfast in front of the door. You won’t regret for a second if you choose this place!

The location is perfect. Close to the metro, shops and many bistros. It is an easy walk to parks and great views of Paris. Communication was excellent from the start. The apartment is in a private and secure historic alley way location. I imagine in summer in the garden it would be marvellous. With Richard arriving in the morning with a tray of excellent viennoiserie, baguette and jam what more could you ask for. Thanks Richard for a fantastic Parisian experience.

This is a beautiful old house which had been converted into very stylish and comfortable apartments. The neighbourhood of Hourdain is vert charming. There are ample good restaurants, cafes, bars, good and other shops. There is a fantastic theatre and cinema at Gambetta within walking distance but public transport from here to the centre is also very good. Great markets nearby too.

Breakfast was awesome! French as it should be in Paris. Croissants and pain du chocolat, jams, tea, orange juice, coffee, the works. When my wife noticed the pillows were feathered the host replaced them with cotton filled in an instance. Very ok! We are considering another stay in april, only there!

Very beautiful apartment, the mattress was super comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and we loved the proximity to the metro. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful place, clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the interior design, the furniture and the huge bookshelf. All amenities you might need (even a washing machine and dishwasher!). Great quality care products. Loved the cat that came by to say hello in the garden. :)
