Weather permitting, alfresco meals in front of the apartment are a must. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The sunlit apartment features a mezzanine with a double bed. The living room includes a single sofa bed, exposed wooden beams and high ceilings. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, and there is a spacious shower in the tiled bathroom. The apartment is suitable for 3 people. A baby cot for a child under 2 is available free of charge.

Matthieu (pianist and photographe) and MaCha (art advisor) are lovers of Paris, of its cultural and artistic life. The apartment was on a now closed platform and had many great reviews, they are available on request.

Featuring many bars and a lively atmosphere, the Bastille area is at your doorstep. Guests can also discover several restaurants in the rue Saint Sabin, including the famous Café de l'Industrie known for it's atmosphere and Amazza and it's renowned pizza. Le Marais and it's many beautiful buildings and museums is also just a 5 minute walk away as is the super shopping street, rue des Francs Bourgeois. The twice weekly farmer's market around the corner should not be missed. Walk 10 minutes to rue Oberkampf for more cafés, restaurants and nightlife. Of course the several nearby metro and bus stations (Bastille, Breguet Sabin, Chemin Vert) allow you to get anywhere in Paris easily and fast. Both airports are less than an hour away by RER and Metro.
