Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this 60 m² apartment, located in a 3* tourist residence, offering many services: swimming pool, relaxation lounge with billiards, superb terrace with mountain view. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of a living room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. Balcony with mountain view. Private parking. Ski room. Sheets and towels extra. Direct access to the ski lifts. Outside : - 9 m² east-facing balcony to enjoy the morning sun, with furniture (a large table and 4 folding chairs). - Heated 4 x 10 m indoor swimming pool, open in summer (June to early September) and winter (mid-December to first week of April) (opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence). - Large terrace shared with other residents, equipped with a ping-pong table and outdoor tables and chairs, to enjoy the magnificent mountain views. - Private parking space in the residence parking lot. Free parking spaces are located just outside the residence. Other remarks : - To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Eva des Savoies Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Wifi available in the accommodation. - At your disposal: a hair dryer, a hoover (without bag)...
