Wonderful stay, I loved every detail of this home, beautifully designed and very comfortable for our group (4 people). The showers are super nice! Eric was very accommodating, and love the modern feel of the home. Eric thought of everything, including convenient places to charge electronics! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous apartment, modern, cozy, bright, ideally located between Bastille, the Canal Saint-Martin and République! Perfect for couples, groups of friends, families or for business trips. A high standard of professional service awaits you with hotel quality towels and bed linen for your comfort. Completely renovated and air conditioned, the apartment is fully equipped. Important to know : Your card will be debited for the total amount of the reservation within 30 days prior to your arrival. A security deposit is required before you check in. It is captured as a credit card print when you proceed the payment of the reservation and will not be charged provided that the accommodation is returned in a suitable condition and that nothing is missing. However, you must have the funds available in your account.
My name is Eric, a great travel lover, over the years I have been able to visit many countries in the 5 continents. Based on these experiences, I wanted in return to welcome travelers so that they can enjoy my apartment in the heart of Paris. It is essential for me to be able to welcome them in a secure and clean environment as I would have liked to be accommodated during my travels. Located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Opera Bastille, the Canal Saint-Martin and the République, the accommodation is an ideal base for a tourist stay in the French capital. In addition to famous places such as the Louvre, Notre-Dame cathedral, the Pompidou center or even Sainte-Chapelle, access to which is less than 3.5 km away, you will also find in your neighborhood services and shops ( bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants ...) necessary for your comfort and your daily needs.
