It was very good value. The apartment was clean, secure and had everything we needed for our stay. Transportation, groceries and restaurants were close, within 10 minute walk. Stade de France is 15-20 minutes walk. Easy to get to.

The apartment has no opposite. It is very clear with a bay window that overlooks a small balcony. The street below has little traffic and therefore low noise. Fev 2021 : Common areas of the building renovated. August 2022 : new hot water tank 2023 : add of a dish-washer and new oven and micro-wave oven
Hello, Welcome to my apartment. I rent it when I'm traveling abroad. Still it's my tax residence. I wish you a confortable stay, feeling at home. I'll answer quickly to your emails but also to your SMS. I can answer you in French and English. Besides my neighbours, Mrs. Maria Rosa Reis, who lives on the floor below, takes care of the management of my apartment: maintenance but also contacts with my visitors. She can answer any question about apartment and give you fast help. Beymond Mr Reis is a professional cleaner and is eager on compliance with health rules. Close to the Stade de France that you may visit and walk to. You can also go to Paris by RER (next station is Gare du Nord) or métro line 12 and bus. With you bike, you"ll have to run only 3 kms to come into Paris. The neigborhood has improved in recent years with major urbain renewal operations., A new metro station (line 12) opened on June 2022. The apartment is 3 km away from Paris as Aubervilliers is close to the Paris border (porte d'Aubervilliers). As in down town Paris, there are immigrants from all countries. The immediate environment is pleasant as the building is close to the St Denis Canal, where you can walk and have bike runs. A public park is right next to the building : children can play in it safely. Two tourist attractions are within walking distance : the Stade de France and the Basilica of Saint-Denis. In Aubervilliers, the Church of Our Lady of The Vertus (16th century) was a pilgrimage goal. Also you may ride by bus to the France Kings burial basilique of Saint Denis. Othewise the railways metro station, MAIRIE d'AUBERVILLIERS is 15 mn walk far. The line 12, goes to Paris Sacre Coeur, located in Montmartre (Abbesses station), and to Musée d'Orsay (Solférino Station). You'll find several restaurants close to the stade de France. 20 mn walk.
