It was clean and comfortable. It was a studio apartment with a fold out couch, so it was much better value than a hotel room. Also, the kitchenette was well stocked if you wanted to cook. There is a grocery store right across the street. The bus stop was closed, and the metro was also a short walk away. Parking was available on the street with no problem.
