Welcome to our house in Ibiza! Ibiza-style house near the beach of Es Figueral, where you can walk in 7 minutes, and with spectacular views of the sea and the countryside. From the upper terrace-solarium you can see Cala San Vicente and the Morna area. The interior is decorated in a functional and modern way with designer furniture in oak wood and natural and light colours. With several terraces. The garden is Mediterranean in character, with palm trees, yuccas, oleanders, boganvillas, olive tree, citrus and fruit trees. We have two bedrooms downstairs with two bathrooms, one for bedroom, and the 3th bedroom is like a independent studio, upstairs, with a independent entrance outside, with bathroom, independent terrace with amazing views to the see, and a little corner with microwave and small refrigerator and separate toaster for a independents brunch if you want. Enjoy our house "Es Figueral" and Ibiza!
Hola! Soy músico y estamos encantados de poder alquilar y compartir con personas amantes de la naturaleza y de la calma nuestra casa de Ibiza en los periodos que no podemos estar allí , en ese rincón paradisíaco y lleno de paz y con vistas al mar donde puedes ir andando a la playa.
The house is 7 minutes walk from the beach of Es Figueral, near San Carlos and near very secluded and quiet beaches such as Pou des Lleó or Cala Boix.
