The swimming pool can be heated for year-round enjoyment! The villa contains 3 bedrooms (sleeping 7) , 2 bathrooms, a large living area, and a fully fitted kitchen with all the amenities designed to, a rooftop solarium with stunning panoramic views, a large private swimming pool, pool house with shaded outside dining and bbq, off street gated parking, air conditioning and central heating. With 8 golf courses to choose from within a short drive including the prestigious Las Colinas Golf & Country Club Villa Castillo Nuevo is perfectly located for your next golfing trip. The area is also popular with Cyclists and Birdwatchers. Not to mention the year-round sun worshippers. If you wish to have the pool heated, please contact us in advance. You can reach the blue flag beaches of the Orihuela Costa in 10 minutes and enjoy the calm waters of the Mar Menor in just 20 minutes. With winter highs of 22 degrees you can almost guarantee a tan and dry socks after a round of golf, on one of the many world class golf courses. With over 320 days of sunshine a year, the Costa Blanca is a fantastic region to visit all year round. Like so many of us, birds are especially keen on the warm climate, migrating south for winter. They come to join the resident flamingos on one of the vast inland salt lakes. Salt lakes are said to have healing properties, and the mud baths are a popular attraction for both locals and holidaymakers. Motorbikers and cyclists will be in their element as there are some spectacular roads to explore with mountain passes, swooping lake side roads and beautiful coastal routes.
