The house is a modern and well equipped 2 bedroom bungalow with a large sunny terrace. The kitchen has a full-sized oven, induction hob with extractor and fridge freezer. In addition there is a coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and all the usual cooking and dining utensils. The property has a washing machine and BBQ. There is free Wi-Fi and the TV has UK and Spanish channels. The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower. The property is registered for holidays and has a tourist licence.

The property is situated in a quiet area with ample bars, restaurants and local shops within walking distance, including the Carrefour hypermarket and Habaneras shopping centre. There is a large Friday market next to the Aquapark which can be accessed by foot. Torrevieja town itself is a distance of just 2.5km away, and is easily reached by the regular bus service or taxi (approx. 7-8 EUR). It has a number of excellent beaches (Playa de los Locos, Playa del Cura, Playa Del Acequión and Playa de Los Náufragos), a lively promenade and bustling town centre with a huge selection of restaurants, shops, bars and clubs, catering for tastes. Torrevieja is famous for its two large salt lakes - the Parc Natural De La Mata, and La Laguna Rosa (which can appear pink due to it’s high salinity). The area provides excellent opportunities for walking, cycling, horse-riding, bird watching, go-karting, water sports, sea fishing and boat trips.
