The location is good. Near the university there are plenty of students, faculty, and graduate students. There’s an Aldi and a El Cortes Ingles one block away, so food and grocery is not a problem. The neighborhood is residential, and safe. Public transport is nearby but we easily walked to Plaza de Espania. The apartment is large and clean. Although our bedroom overlooked street, we were not disturbed by noise. The kitchen, laundry machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator were in working order. The apartment has many bedrooms but there were only two of us, so it was spacious. The landlord was helpful, and very polite. My Spanish is terrible, but we were able to communicate.

We are Dani and Amanda and we live in Madrid all our life and we absolutly love our city! Full of places to visit such as our parks, museums, spectacles the arquitecture ... and many more wonderful places where you can enjoy our lovely gastronomy. We are looking forward you visiting and enjoying it as much as we do. Since 2015 we are offering different types of apartments from small ones to bigger ones for families and groups. All of them are fully equiped and prepared, they have complete kitchen available and high speed wi-fi. They are located in Madrid City Centre, being easier and suitable for travelers who come to do tourism or even for business travelers. We are available 24 hours for you if you require any issue or any question and, we make sure that we can offer you the best stay in Madrid!

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been recently renovated. It features Air Conditioning in every bedroom and lounge room, and central heating as well. Two of the bedrroms have Queen beds, and the other two bedrooms feature bunk beds. The modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare your meals. The living room has a double sofa bed, and a TV with Netflix subscription.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the wonderful neighborhood of Chamberi. Just 15 minute walk to Plaza de España and with a metro station very close. You will be living in the center of Madrid but in a perfect place to have a quiet night's sleep.
