Perfect location, right across from train station, with views of snow capped mountains. Apartment is very quiet, easy to walk to all locations and/or catch bus to visit the Alhambra. Call host upon arrival, she buzzes you into foyer of apartment and then into apartment itself (3C -- take elevator), where you find actual keys for both doors waiting for you. Apartment was perfect, there are several markets within 1 or 2 blocks. Giant TV and comfortable couch. Host allowed us a late checkout which was very kind. Good kitchen, nice coffee maker, microwave, kettle, plenty of dishes etc. Beds very comfortable. Loved being able to open the windows wide and let the breeze blow through.

Company info

Hello! We are Roberto and Merche, a married couple with three children, formerly very traveling, soon we will be back to the old ways. We love discovering new places and hosting guests in our city. Traveling as a family was when we discovered how difficult it is to travel with children and that is why the idea of our apartments arose. A place to stay with the family with all the comforts. We have a remote opening system and an online check-in system for your safety. You can contact us by phone for any questions you have about the apartment or the city.

Property info

It consists of three bedrooms, the main one with a 150 bed, the second with a 90 trundle bed and the third with a 90 bed. Two full bathrooms and kitchen fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and ceramic hob. It has a living-dining room with a large chaise longue sofa, 50" HD flat screen TV and stereo. Ideal for families.

Neighborhood info

Located in the neighborhood of the little birds, one of the best areas of the city. It is a central neighborhood and residential area with all services a few meters away. With a wide gastronomic offer. Pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets, laundries, cafeterias. Large and sunny squares. The area is quiet. No noise or crowds. Easy access from the highway. Right in front of the AVE and the metro and 3 minutes from the bullring. Very well connected with the Albaycín and the historic center. 5 minutes by bus and 15 on foot.
