This bright and cozy 45m2 flat is located in the Delicias neighborhood in Madrid. The apartment is located 18 minutes by Metro from Callao, the center. The closest stop is Delicias, just a 7-minute walk from the door of the apartment. The Atocha train station is about 15 minutes walk from the flat. With a capacity for up to 3 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

Neighbourhood information

The Delicias district, which houses the Madrid Railway Museum, also has tapas bars, street-side cafés, restaurants and shops concentrated mainly on the busy Paseo de las Delicias. Near the Manzanares River there are several performing arts theatres. The main attractions of the peaceful Enrique Tierno Galván Park are the gardens and the planetarium. METRO The Delicias stop on Paseo de las Delicias is a 7min (550m) walk from the flat. Between Calle Cristo del Camino and Calle Ramírez de Prado there is a suburban train stop. It is called Estación Delicias. It is 8mins (600m) from the house. BUS The nearest bus stop to the property is on Paseo de la Delicias, 160 metres (2mins) from the property.
