The landlady was very nice and helpful. She offered us an unexpected breakfast and gave us many useful tips related to city sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good price for the area, very nice owner, clean room with a beautiful view. The owner offered a free breakfast. The area is "Arabic" but clean and safe. 5 min walk to the nearest metro station. Many cafes and stores around. Highly recommended. Before coming please ask the owner the instructions how to get in.

Casa Flores was in one word: wonderful. The owner is a friendly lady (originally from China and already living in Spain for over 30 years), who welcomed me with a snack when I arrived early in the day. After a snack, I could already check-in early. The room was small yet very tidy, and the separate bathroom was well-kept and spacious. Breakfast was offered daily. And even though I had to get up really early to go to a conference, the owner still got up extra early to make breakfast. She even offered non-dairy milk as I'm allergic to milk. Staying here was a true gift and blessing! (Subway stop is at 5-10min walk so good accessibility as well)

The location was good, very near Subway and easy to find. The room was big, the bathroom was big and clean. Bed is very comfortable. We had water from the lady that works in the Haus and she prepare us the fruit the morning when we left. We asked for extra linen and she give us.

In addition, the location was excellent, providing easy access to transportation. The neighborhood was friendly which gave us a sense of welcome during our stay. We were also surprised that the place offerred breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. Regarding parking, it was available upon request, and we were grateful for the host's flexibility in accommodating guests with vehicles and varying schedules.
